Speedy deletion of Ellie Thomson

A tag has been placed on Ellie Thomson requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}} to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. ~~ [ジャム][t - c] 10:16, 15 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Your recent edits

Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Sorry about that, I'm just getting used to Wikipedia.--Elliethomson (talk) 11:02, 15 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Planet of the Dead

Welcome to Wikipedia. Although everyone is welcome to contribute constructively to the encyclopedia, adding content without citing a reliable source, as you did to Planet of the Dead, is not consistent with our policy of verifiability. Take a look at the welcome page to learn more about contributing to this encyclopedia. If you are familiar with Wikipedia:Citing sources, please take this opportunity to add references to the article. Thank you. magnius (talk) 20:41, 31 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi, That source doesn't really count as they are quoting a regional newspaper, that that newspaper are either guessing or ill-informed (they could also be accurate, but they cite no source themselves). As it happens, a briefly posted official BBC press release stated it would be the 11th, but they quickly changed that to 'unplaced' within an hour. So it is most likely to be the 11th, but until we get a statement direct from the BBC, everything is treated as unsourced guess work. magnius (talk) 20:48, 31 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Hi. I'd forgotten about this since it is so long since it was announced and nothing has materialised. As a result of this, I've AGF-reverted your addition of links to this article, and redirected the article to Hollyoaks. ~~ [ジャム][t - c] 21:36, 14 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Oh okay, yeah i had forgotten about it until today, I wonder if they're still making it!?!--Elliethomson (talk) 00:32, 15 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

No idea. Like I said, not heard anything about it since that BBC News article (can't even remember if Channel 4 officially commented on it) so it seems unlikely to me. ~~ [ジャム][t - c] 08:06, 15 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
