Brooklyner or 111 Lawrence Street is a skyscaper in Downtown Brooklyn. Built by the Clarett Group, it is currently the tallest building in Brooklyn, surpassing the Williamsburgh Savings Bank Tower.[1] It has 496 rental units opposed to the recent building boom of Downtown Brooklyn with condos.
