Port of St. Helens

The Port of St. Helens is a municipal corporation and port district in Columbia County, Oregon. It is owns and operates properties throughout the district as authorized by ORS 777.

The Board of Port Commissioners are elected by district residents. The Board sets policy, approves a budget, hires an executive director, and does other things necessary in the best interest of district residents. The executive director acts as the administrative arm of the Port.
