Globalize tag

I removed the globalize tag because recognizance is a concept unique to the legal systems of the countries mentioned as far as I know. I could be wrong. But there was no explanation on the talk page so I took it out. Recognizance (talk) 17:53, 18 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

It can't be "unique" to three or more countries. It can be peculiar to them, however.
