The Acacia Strain

The Acacia Strain is a four-piece metalcore[1] band based in Chicopee, Massachusetts. They have been together since 2001, but have undergone many member changes, and have four studio albums, as well as a split album with Loyal to the Grave on which they cover "Seasons in the Abyss", originally recorded by Slayer. The band has worked with acclaimed producers Adam Dutkiewicz (Killswitch Engage) and Zeuss (Shadows Fall and Hatebreed).

The band used to employ three guitar players, but currently only has one.
