Please include some discussion about the reasons why passangers are avoiding this service: - Messy, dirty and congested trains - Messy and dirty stations - Slow speed - Long stops at stations - Not serving the main areas of passanger interest - Poor connectivity to buses, residential areas - Metro system is of much higher standard, runs fast, has AC, is modern and practical --80.222.215.164 (talk) 07:20, 24 September 2009 (UTC) (Omkarnath)[reply]
