Chelsea Harbour is a mixed-use development in Central London, situated on the north bank of the River Thames, within the eastern boundary of the London Borough of Hammersmith and Fulham and on the southwestern boundary of the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea.

Built in the late 1980s by P & O, their contractors were their former subsidiary - Bovis Homes Group.

It contains luxury apartments, a deluxe hotel, offices and showrooms, surrounding a small harbour.

The showrooms are known as the "Chelsea Harbour Design Centre" and are London's main focus for manufacturers and distributors of home ware.

The harbour itself is not used commercially but contains luxury yachts and speedboats and can be accessed from the Thames at high tide.

Chelsea Harbour is close to Kings Road, Chelsea and it is reputed to be the residence of a number of UK and international celebrities.

The nearby "Harbour Club" is a fitness and tennis club which owes much fame to its patronage by Diana, Princess of Wales.

Today, the immediate vicinity has been enhanced by Imperial Wharf, a riverside development by St George PLC. A new railway station, Imperial Wharf, has been built on the site and is due to open in September 2009. An adjoining, large scale development is being planned by Circadian, on the site of Lots Road power station.

A horse named after the development competed in the 2008 & 2009 Grand Nationals
