This is a list of the Top 15 MLB career wins by a manager.

Due to their length of service, seven of the top ten also appear in the top ten in losses. Mack, who managed the Philadelphia Athletics for 50 years, is by far the all-time leader in both wins and losses. Bucky Harris is in second place for losses. La Russa is in third place. Gene Mauch is in fourth place with 2,037. McGraw is in fifth place; Cox sixth; Torre seventh, close behind Cox; Casey Stengel is eighth with 1,842; Anderson is ninth; Lou Piniella is tenth.
