Waukesha North High School is a high school in Waukesha, Wisconsin and part of the Waukesha School District. The school has been recognized several times for its unique "rotating" schedule and Advisory program[1], along with its numerous WSMA state marching band championships. The school is part of the Wisconsin Interscholastic Athletic Association and the Classic 8 Conference[2] for athletics. North's nickname is the Northstars and school mascot is a polar bear known as Sparky. Waukesha North is also a significant contributer to Invisible Children Inc.[3] and has fundraised thousands of dollars to contribute to Layibi Secondary School in northern Uganda.
