History

The company was founded by Barry Levine, Jesse Berger and Matthew Berger.[2][3]

Prior to Radical Publishing, Levine was a producer in comics-to-film entertainment division of Dark Horse Comics and Berger worked as a business manager in the business and legal affairs department of Berger & Marx, LLP and as an independent film producer.[4]

[8]

In May 2009 Elliott left the company to get back to his creative roots [7] and to make way for new Editor in Chief David Wohl to join in the company in the Los Angeles office.[9] In July 2009 it was reported Elliott had filed a lawsuit against Radical Publishing's parent company Blatant Entertainment over unpaid wages and contract and copyright issues.[10]
