2004- till now CEO at Grossmann Jet Service spol. s r.o in Prague, Czech Republic[2] Identified market opportunity in business aviation field. Business start–up, setting up and leading own sales, marketing, dispatch team and crew. The company today ranks among the leading Central European business jet operators. Grossmann Jet Service opened a Business Jet Set Up Centre which provides consultancy in the area of operations and management of private aircrafts. [3]


2001 DAGMAR GROSSMANN JET CONSULT GmbH in Vienna, Austria Worldwide aviation consulting, selling and purchasing aircrafts as well as operational consulting. [4]


1999 - 2003 GROSSMANN AIR SERVICE CO & GmbH in Vienna, Austria From start up a private airline with 1 Beechcraft, all duties and necessary requirement concerning the growth of the company. Negotiations with financing institutions, insurance aircraft companies authorities. All Human Resources fields. Acquisition, marketing, sales. The company was owner of 3 aircrafts and had management contract with 7 other business jets. [5]
