Objective Descriptions?

"...providing a vehicle to send it's subscribers endless amounts of unwanted email..."

I can't say if this is true or not, but it certainly is not an objective description of the site. If the person who added it can find a reputable source that criticises it, then please add it to an appropriate section and in an appropriate for or I will have to correct the offending sentences.
