Jay Chapman (physician)

Jay Chapman is the American physician and forensic pathologist who, in 1977, created the current three drug protocol used for execution in capital punishment cases in the United States. [1][2] Chapman was Chief Medical Examiner for State of Oklahoma when he developed the method.[3]
