Mary Jayne Harelsson-Reeves (born June 17, 1978 in Roxboro, North Carolina) is a female middle distance runner from the United States. She is best known for winning the silver medal in the women's 1,500 metres event at the 2003 Pan American Games in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, behind Cuba's Adriana Muñoz.
A member of several international U.S. teams, Harrelson placed fifth in the 800 metres at 2002 USA Outdoors and 2004 USA Indoors. Known for her fierce determination and competitiveness, Harrelson made strides while attending Appalachian State University. A former basketball player, at A-State she focused all of her attention on running. Harrelson won two NCAA titles, both at 1,500m, while at Appalachian State. In 2001 she qualified for her second international team, finishing fourth at the 2001 Summer Universiade in PR China despite being injured.
