Xie Bingcan is a practitioner of Tai Chi Chuan. A student of Fu Zhongwen and Ma Yueh-liang, Xie taught at Shanghai's East China Normal University from 1980 to 1993.

Xie Bingcan was featured in Tai Chi Magazine on numerous[1] occasions[2], and served as an official judge at the 1990 Asian Games. He currently resides in Redmond, Washington, where he continues to teach.
