Slower than VirtualBox, for example. SF007 (talk) 22:03, 13 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

How is it different from VMWare Server

VMware Workstation is more powerfull and has more features... but this is not for discussing that... SF007 (talk) 22:03, 13 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

You don't think a comparison is encyclopedic? 198.49.180.40 (talk) 01:02, 26 April 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Seconded. One reason to turn to Wikipedia is to identify the differences between products. Doesn't have to be a marketing brochure, but quickly identifying the differences between products should be entirely within the scope of Wikipedia.216.191.35.75 (talk) 13:39, 4 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
OK, fine, it is not a bad idea. SF007 (talk) 15:18, 4 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This is what I came to this article to find out; it's the sort of thing Wikipedia usually does very well and nobody else does at all. Sure, it's easy to gather that workstation isn't free but does more, but am I losing any capabilities by switching? And of course a comparison with player would also be very useful.
