Ihar Shytaw (Belarusian: Ігар Шытаў; Russian: Игорь Шитов; born October 24, 1986 in Polotsk) is a football player from Belarus. He currently plays as defender for FC BATE in the Belarusian Premier League. He is a right back.

He has been capped 3 times for Belarus. He scored his only international goal against Finland in the 92nd minute. The match ended in a 1-1 draw after Toni Kallio scored the equaliser in the 94th minute.

He started the game against England on the 14th of October 2009, causing uproar due to the pronunciation of his name (Shitov).
