Merge

I suggest merging this article (Carrier Ethernet) and the "Metro Ethernet" article as both speak about the same thing. Infact they actually mean the same thing.

I am not sure those two are same. CE is rather a back-end technology for various front-ends while ME is ethernet in both back- and frotn-end.--Kozuch (talk) 10:12, 16 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Can you explain back-end and front-end as it relates here? I think this should discussed at one place and I strated at Talk:Metro_Ethernet, my thoughts there, sorry.172.166.197.171 (talk) 06:36, 11 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I tend to agree they address the same issue - however since Metro Ethernet has evolved into Carrier Ethernet as a set of standards this should stand on it's own along with references from the Metro Ethernet segments.
