Suspected sockpuppets

Evidence submitted by Caknuck

This appears to be an orchestrated sock/meatpuppet campaign of employees of Fusion-IO to create articles for the company and one of its executives.

The editing has been centered around Fusion-io (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views) and David Bradford (businessman) (edit | talk | history | protect | delete | links | watch | logs | views).

On David Bradford (businessman), there has been continuous introduction & replacement of the same dubious sources. Compare edits by Manuginobili20 and Shannonheward.

David Bradford (businessman) was created by Jodimardesich (talk · contribs), whose Google profile page lists as the social media manager at Fusion-io. Additionally, Woogee determined that Shannon Heward is Bradford's assistant (as per her Plaxo profile page).

Manuginobili20 has been editing in tandem with the other two accounts. 174.52.41.238 is a Utah-based Comcast IP that has contributed to the Fusion-io article. Fusion-io, per the article, is based in Salt Lake City.

If we can determine that the accounts originate from the same IPs, then this will seal up the COI/puppetry concerns.

Comments by accused parties

See Defending yourself against claims. I created an account and began creating David Bradford's article. I updated the Bradford article from work without realizing I hadn't logged in. I am new to Wikipedia and am not trying to do anything dishonest. I am trying to be a good citizen by establishing notability, using a neutral point of view, and adding reliable sources. Jodimardesich (talk) 06:12, 2 March 2010 (UTC) I work for Fusion-io. So does Shannon Heward. I registered on Wikipedia using my real name. Shannon Heward did the same. There is no "orchestrated attempt" to be sock puppets or meat puppets by employees of Fusion-io. Who is Wogee? Who is Caknuck? I am being transparent and not using a pseudonym. We get a lot of traffic from Wikipedia and we wanted to update the Fusion-io entry to make it more complete and accurate. We also added an article about David Bradford, Fusion-io's CEO because he is a notable person. If that was wrong, I apologize. For the record, I don't know who Manuginobili20 is. Jodimardesich (talk) 19:18, 2 March 2010 (UTC) I just learned that Manuginobili20 is Shannon Heward's husband. Can we be sock puppets if we are transparent, using our names? Please advise.
