Rollback (add request)

I have had rollback on my main account (User:Andrew Kelly) for over a year. I would like to use Huggle on my other account (User:AK Auto) and so I am requesting rollback for that account as well. Cheers! Andrew Kelly (talk) 23:08, 16 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Done No problem with having it on a separate account - Kingpin13 (talk) 23:11, 16 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Wow, that was fast! Thanks! --Andrew Kelly (talk) 23:12, 16 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
You're welcome :) - Kingpin13 (talk) 23:26, 16 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I have requested rollback permissions before, and I was told what to do and try again. I believe that I have reverted a good number of vandalism reverts, and having the rollback tool would make this a lot easier. (Also my schools internet is a little messed up at the moment and I cant seem to undo anything at all. I just get a blank page when I try to do reverts.)  Not done (with Peter's approval) Since your last request you've made around 4 vandalism reverts, I don't see this as enough experience since your previous denied request. If you are making so few reverts then undo/Twinkle should be able to handle it without difficulty, rollback is more for when you're doing mass anti-vandalism. I'd suggest you try for something more akin to 50, as you were advised by Fastily. Keep up what you are doing, which is great, but if you're only doing a few reverts every month, you have no real need for rollback. - Kingpin13 (talk) 23:26, 16 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Although I did okay this, I do want to note my strong objection to any idea that rollback is a big deal. This user has nearly 200 edits, and plenty of reverts; for me, this was a no-brainer. The only reason I okayed this was because I didn't see Fastily's earlier decline, but I think the standards for rollback shouldn't be this high. He just wants to help out. I am requesting for a rollback permission because it will be a great help for me in reverting edits on the articles The 39 Clues and The Final Destination. I always watch these pages, only to find it vandalized by IP addressed users. I still manually edit these articles, but then I find it fully vandalized after a few days. After reading the Rollback feature, I thought it will be a greater help for me to manage this articles. FDJoshua22 13:12, 16 March 2010 (UTC)

I have the rollback permission on the Russian Wikipedia and would like to have them here as well. While the need for the bit is significantly reduced with the Cluebot being around, sometimes, I beat him to it/he gets stuck somewhere, so it'd be nice to have the bit for quick-reverting the "My Dick Is Ub3r Big"-type edits ( especially since the revert feature of Popups doesn't seem to work in the beta). Illythr (talk) 00:53, 16 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Done. I don't see why not. Remember to use it only for obvious vandalism. Tim Song (talk) 04:48, 16 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
I recently lost my steward bit (for inactivity) and thus rollback. It would be nice to get rollback back for reverting vandalism and the like Cspurrier (talk) 21:54, 15 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Done. Sorry about your loss of the steward tools. –Juliancolton | Talk 21:54, 15 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. --Cspurrier (talk) 21:56, 15 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
To revert Unconstructive edits made by IP's or User Accounts of Wikipedia, and restoring the page back to normal got swagger?Yup. 21:48, 15 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Did you edit prior to this account? Either way, sadly,  Not done due to lack of experience and edits. Please reapply in a week or so. –Juliancolton | Talk 21:52, 15 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Frequently, Everton_F.C. will experience many vandalisms in a row, and I would like the ability to rollback all of the vandalisms at once as soon as possible. Other responsible users also watch this page, and typically if I see multiple vandalisms together, I just let one of them do it, but having this right would allow me to do my part and keep that page clean. Bryan Burgers (talk) 21:33, 15 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Not done; sorry, but you only have abut 123 edits, and while editcount is a poor indicator of experience, I look for at least some consistent anti-vandalism work before granting the right. Please reapply in a week or so. Regards, –Juliancolton | Talk 21:53, 15 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Fair enough. Thanks for considering! Bryan Burgers (talk) 03:20, 16 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Reapplying. Have been doing vadal and new page patrol and could use better access to rollback. Stillwaterising (talk) 16:17, 15 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Done, good luck and thanks. –Juliancolton | Talk 21:54, 15 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Multiple undoes or saving an old revision are simply cumbersome when reverting vandalism (and the latter also does not show up as deleted revisions for an editor). Thanks in advance for the grant, Nageh (talk) 12:49, 15 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I want to revert vandalism quickly. I'll only use it for that to avoid misusing. I can also warn the user quickly as it takes less time.DailyWikiHelp (talk) 10:18, 15 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
Just curious, did you edit prior to this account? –Juliancolton | Talk 13:22, 15 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
There is sometimes when no one (un)protect/decline any request (like now). I connect like 10-12 hours daily and when I'm not busy expanding articles I help to revert vandalism. So please, could I have Rollback? If not there is no problem. Thanks TbhotchTalk C. 03:04, 15 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
 Done Ensure proper use. See WP:ROLLBACK. Cheers, NJA (t/c) 09:38, 15 March 2010 (UTC)[reply]
