Personal Life

Priya grew up in Kenya, returning to the UK to study English Literature at the University of Bristol. She had a career in advertising before becoming a full time writer. She lives currently in London and Berlin.

Priya beliefs that we need to change the culture of giving in a world that contains both great affluence and extreme poverty. She signed Peter Singer's The Life you Can Save-Pledge [11]. If everyone who can afford to contribute to reducing extreme poverty were to give a modest proportion of their income to effective organizations fighting extreme poverty, the problem could be solved.
