Emiliano Viviano (born 1 December 1985 in Florence) is an Italian football goalkeeper. He currently plays for Bologna in Serie A league.
He was first choice goalkeeper in the squad of Italy U-20 team at 2005 FIFA World Youth Championship.
Viviano was selected by coach Pierluigi Casiraghi in the Italy U-21 squad for the Euro 2007, as the second goalkeeper, behind Gianluca Curci, but due to an injury of his teammate in the tournament first game, Viviano played the rest of the Euro as a starter. In January 2009, Viviano signed by F.C. Internazionale Milano in joint-ownership deal. He was immaterially loaned back to Brescia. On July 13 Inter Milan confirmed that Viviano will play for Bologna for the Serie A 2009-10 season on a co-ownership deal.[1] Viviano will repalce Francesco Antonioli as Bologna first choice goalkeeper.
