Health Communication Network, abbreviated HCN, is an Australia –based company headquartered in Sydney, St Leonards, New South Wales, Australia with offices located in Bundaberg, Perth and Melbourne and a subsidiary of primary health care Limited.

HCN is a leading provider of evidence based software tools and online medicines information resources for general practitioners and specialists in health care industry. With over 120 employees, HCN has been well known as employing the industry’s largest software and customer service teams with dedication and commitment to provide the enhanced software solutions and excellent support to health care professionals to improve patient outcomes at the point of care.

Over 17,000 doctors, representing 85 per cent of computerised GPs and over 1,300 Specialists, use HCN's Medical Director software to care for their patients during the consultation process. Annual turnover is approximately 30 million AUD dollars.
