Susan Ruttan (b. September 16, 1950 in Oregon City, Oregon, USA) is an American actress. One of her most famous roles is that of Roxanne Melman in LA Law from 1986 - 1993. She also returned to the role in 2002 for the TV "reunion" movie L.A. Law: The Movie
