Biography
Ingrid Kamerbeek, also known as Artingrid, born 14th March 1952 in Gummersbach/Oberbergischer Kreis, is a German artist (abstract Expressionism) in 3rd generation. Her grandfather Mathias Dohle (1887 - 1966) studied art in Prague. He worked as freelancer and wall paper developer. Her father Ulrich Dohle (1924 - 2002) was a freelancer and graphic artist. After high school Ingrid was trained by her grandfather and father. As a lifelong artist she maintained galleries in Kaarst/Duesseldorf (1978 - 1980) and Moenchengladbach (1980 - 1982) and today lives and works as freelancer in Sonthofen, Oberallgaeu, Bavaria. Ingrid's artworks have been on show around the globe and she got much appraisal by the press. She gained broad recognition in the field of digital art documented by invitations to exhibit her artwork in many galleries online and got several awards. Webism Group founder
Since 1999 the computer is Ingrid's favorite art tool. On the internet she met computer pioneer Dr. Rodney Chang also known as Pygoya. In November 2003 they founded the "Webism Group of Worldwide Artists" [2] after their real life "1st European Art Tour". Ingrid Kamerbeek coordinates the activities of the group and maintains the group's website: [3]. A feature of Webism by Dr. Michael Schetsche/Ingrid Kamerbeek is published in "Die Google-Gesellschaft" (The Google Society)[4] (ISBN 3-89942-305-4).

Honors
Awarded with Sonthofen pin by 1st Mayor Hubert Buhl of Sonthofen/Bavaria/Germany in honor of her worldwide activities as cultural ambassador for her hometown Sonthofen.
