BPC College Piravom is located at Ernakulam district of the State of Kerala, Republic of India. This institution affliliated to the Mahatma Gandhi University. The college is located in the top of a hill which provides a beautiful and calm atmosphere for the students.

Established in 1995 Baselios Poulose II Catholicos College in the aided sector, offers instructions in a variety of job oriented congenial to the age which are highly important in the realm of arts, technology and management. This institution has permanent affiliation to Mahatma Gandhi University and all the degree courses are under aided sector of Govt. of Kerala, thus giving equal opportunity to the deserving youth irrespective of caste, creed and economical status. Also the management, the Malankara Jacobite Syrian Christian Education Trust, is so keen to promote the spiritual and infrastructure needs of the young personalities with proportionate growth in brain and heart; the very dream of HB Baselios Poulose ||, Catholicos of the East, the great visionary who looked after and reined the Jacobite Syrian Christian Church for more than three decades.

M.Sc Electronics

The course runs into two years;divided into four semesters. BPC College is one of the best Institution under Mahtma Gandhi University,Kottayam,Kerala that offers post graduate program in Electronics.The course was started under the Department of Elctronics in 2002.The Deapartment is well known for its experienced faculties and lab facilities. The Department has successfully completed various UGC funded projects. Listed below are the few current projects.

  2. Development of Low cost Pulse Oximeter - Mr.Benjamin P Varghese
  3. Project on Cybernetics - HH & HM. Reji M. Issac.

Presently the Department is headed by Mr. Jacob Abraham. The course coordinator for M.Sc Electronics is Mr.Jobin Abraham M.Tech.The students of the department have performed consistently well in the University examinations and have secured top ranks in B.Sc Electronics in all previous academic years.
