I edited the /User:Bethellyn/Brian_McClendon adding in many further citations from bigger news orgs. You moved the article into my namespace, but I find that I cannot move it back out again. The move tab they reference in the help material does not appear for me, perhaps because I am too new. Would you mind moving it back out again? Bethellyn (talk) 16:11, 1 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Perhaps if you did not spend all day administrating Wikipedia, you would be aware that "Test Article" is military/engineering terminology for a prototype that carries specific connotations. - The article I deleted was literally a "test article", with no actual content. See WP:CSD category g2. There is nothing to stop any registered user from creating an article on the military term, assuming they can find reliable independent sources to support that meaning.
