Quzeyli has recently been warned under AA2 remedies and enforcement, and blocked for edit-warring on Amaras Monastery, Yeghishe Arakyal Monastery and Tsitsernavank Monastery. Since then, he stopped edit-warring but 144.122.135.88 carried on.
Both use the same argument with the same sources (last example: Quzeyli ip), both edit during the same period (see their contributions). Although Quzeyli seems to edit from Azerbaijan (see his user page), and the ip seems to edit from Ankara, it's perhaps time to investigate whether these users are not a single one.
