You don't know what exactly vandalizm is! Please, respect to the unity of sovereign countries that accepted by United Nations. No ethnic separatism and jingoism in Wikipedia! --Quzeyli 21:18, 15 March 2010 (UTC)

Information.svg Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You may also click on the signature button Button sig.png located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 20:27, 15 March 2010 (UTC)

Thanks SineBot. I will be careful on signing. --Quzeyli 20:37, 15 March 2010 (UTC)

Amaras Monastery[edit]

Nuvola apps important.svg You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war. Note that the three-revert rule prohibits making more than three reversions on a single page within a 24-hour period. Additionally, users who perform several reversions in content disputes may be blocked for edit warring even if they do not technically violate the three-revert rule. When in dispute with another editor you should first try to discuss controversial changes to work towards wording and content that gains a consensus among editors. Should that prove unsuccessful, you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. If the edit warring continues, you may be blocked from editing without further notice. Excirial (Contact me,Contribs) 12:51, 20 March 2010 (UTC)

Edit warring[edit]

Please refrain from edit warring and groundless accusations. You may be blocked indefinitely for breaking WP rules. Mcnabs (talk) 17:35, 28 March 2010 (UTC)

Please engage on the talk pages, rather than reverting without comment. I have suggested WP:RFC or WP:3O to the other users involved as a way to sort out what is going on. Silent reverting is not a long term solution. The protection expires in a week and if you keep reverting past WP:3RR you'll end up with a block yourself. Please use the dispute resolution processes. SGGH ping! 23:13, 30 March 2010 (UTC)
If you have looked "talk page" of these articles, you would already saw that it is just me who want to do discussion. I just want respect to the "unity of Azerbaijan" or obeying regulations of Wikipedia. Their job is just "empty" Warning! --Quzeyli 19:29, 31 March 2010 (UTC)
Always repeating the same thing without addressing issues raised by other users is not "it is just me who want to do discussion". Unless you want to discuss only with yourself. Sardur (talk) 21:12, 7 April 2010 (UTC)

AA2 warning[edit]

Be aware that editing Amaras Monastery and Yeghishe Arakyal Monastery, as they are articles which relate to Armenia-Azerbaijan and related ethnic conflicts, is subject to Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Armenia-Azerbaijan 2 and in particular to Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Armenia-Azerbaijan 2#Amended Remedies and Enforcement. You should really stop editwarring; discuss and reach consensus on talk page first, as it has already been said to you. Sardur (talk) 16:25, 31 March 2010 (UTC)

I think you should read carefully what is written there before advising others. --Quzeyli 19:22, 31 March 2010 (UTC)
Please take note of this. Sardur (talk) 21:22, 31 March 2010 (UTC)

Nuvola apps important.svg The Arbitration Committee has permitted administrators to impose, at their own discretion, sanctions on any editor working on pages broadly related to Armenia-Azerbaijan and related ethnic conflicts if the editor repeatedly or seriously fails to adhere to the purpose of Wikipedia, any expected standards of behavior, or any normal editorial process. If you engage in further inappropriate behavior in this area, you may be placed under sanctions including blocks, a revert limitation or an article ban. The committee's full decision can be read at Wikipedia:Requests for arbitration/Armenia-Azerbaijan 2#Final decision. NW (Talk) 03:22, 2 April 2010 (UTC)

Blocked[edit]

You have been blocked from editing for a period of 24 hours to prevent further disruption caused by your engagement in an edit war. During a dispute, you should first try to discuss controversial changes and seek consensus. If that proves unsuccessful you are encouraged to seek dispute resolution, and in some cases it may be appropriate to request page protection. If you believe this block is unjustified, you may contest the block by adding the text {{unblock|your reason here}} below. NW (Talk) 10:12, 1 April 2010 (UTC)

Your edits to Yeghishe Arakyal Monastery[edit]

Are you asking to be banned from editting this and related articles? Please refrain from changing the country of Armenian monasteries in the Nagorno-Karabakh Republic from the NKR to Azerbaijan. You have been warned enough times. The next step will be to ask an administrator to intervene, which could possibly result in your being banned from Wikipedia or articles on this topic. Best, Serouj (talk) 17:34, 10 April 2010 (UTC)

  • Considerable parts of the territory of Azerbaijan are still occupied by Armenian forces, and separatist forces are still in control of the Nagorno-Karabakh region. or here
  • They recalled that following the 1991-1994 armed conflict between Armenia and Azerbaijan, a substantial part of the region's population was forced to flee their homes and are still living as displaced persons in those countries or as refugees abroad. or here
  • Despite a ten-year ceasefire between Armenia and Azerbaijan, about 528,000 of the 800,000 ethnic Azeris from the Nagorno-Karabakh region remained internally displaced. or here
Are`t they enough for you to believe that Nagorno-Karabakh is a part of Azerbaijan Republic? You just abuse confidence of Wikipedia for your separatist propaganda. --Quzeyli 14:35, 12 April 2010 (UTC)

Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Quzeyli[edit]

Per the above SPI case, and under the authority of the discretionary sanctions authorized by WP:ARBAA2, you are hereby

  1. blocked for one week, for edit-warring using IPs;
  2. limited to one revert per page per day, on all articles related to Armenian monasteries, broadly construed;
  3. limited to one account;
  4. prohibited from editing using IPs or recruiting others to perform edits for you.

You may appeal the block by using {{unblock|reason}}, and appeal the remaining sanctions by the procedures indicated in WP:ARBAA2#Amended Remedies and Enforcement. Tim Song (talk) 20:33, 12 April 2010 (UTC)

I have reset your block. Please follow the guidelines Tim Song has given you and read up more on sockpuppetry as well as the arbitration enforcement. Continuing to break arbitration enforcement will lead to stricter sanctions. Elockid (Talk) 22:45, 13 April 2010 (UTC)
