San Juan Capistrano Depot
The former Atchison, Topeka and Santa Fe Railway depot in San Juan Capistrano as it appeared in 2005. The plaster finish has been removed (exposing the brickwork beneath) at all but the dome of the original structure.

The San Juan Capistrano Depot is a train station in San Juan Capistrano, California, United States served by Amtrak, the national railroad passenger system, and Metrolink, a commuter railroad.

San Juan Capistrano station was originally built on October 8, 1894 as a Santa Fe Depot. As one of the earliest examples of Mission Revival Style architecture, the San Juan Capistrano Depot was considered to be one of the railroad's finest stations.

At this time, there is only one track. At one time there used to be two tracks. You can still see where the tracks used to be, by the open space beside the one remaining track.
