Population: Declining is the first studio album released by the Canadian hard rock band Hail the Villain. It is to be released on March 30, 2010 and was produced by Darryl Romphf, as well as engineered by Alex "Condor" Aligizakis. The album was written and recorded sometime in 2008, but has yet to be released. With the album, the band will also be doing other promotional attributes alike to coincide with their album release, such as: an interactive website [(hailthevillain.com) link], a comic book and other yet to be announced specialty media types. link
