The Roman Catholic Diocese of San Jose Nueva Ecija (Lat: Dioecesis Sancti Iosephi in Insulis Philippinis) is a diocese of the Latin Rite of the Roman Catholic Church in the Philippines.

The diocese was erected in 1984 from the Diocese of Cabanatuan.

The diocese has experience no jurisdictional changes, and is a suffragan of the Archdiocese of Lingayen-Dagupan.

The current bishop is Mylo Hubert Claudio Vergara, appointed on 2005.
