Cochin Harbour Terminus[CHTS] is a railway station located on the Wellington Island, Kochi in Kerala.The station which had been the epicenter of railways at Kochi do not have a single train calling at the station today.[citation needed]

Cochin harbour terminus is located on the Indira Gandhi Road on the Wellington island,Kochi.Wellington island is unique as it has a railhead,an airport and the harbour all within reach.

The station is an easy way to access the Wellington island in Kochi,which is difficult to reach especially for those outside the city.
Suggestions towards its revival
•After the bridge to the island gets completed,the passenger trains could be extended to Cochin harbour terminus.
•Extending the express trains like

•The budget gave green signal for the Ernakulam-Kollam MEMU services.The vast space and infrastructure at the station could be utilized to setup the MEMU shed in Kochi.
•The station could be made the base for MEMU services in Kerala.
•Redirecting some long trains from Thiruvananthapuram Central to Cochin Harbour Terminus would help to reduce the congestion in the rail network.
•It could be a halt for the exhibition trains.

Currently there is no train operating to the station.But [Ernakulan Junction] [ERS] also known as Ernakulam South is the nearest rail head.Please Note the timings may be subject to change.
