Animation Style

This series employs a comic style, different from its predecessor, Totally Spies, which uses American "anime" style. However, it still uses over-expression faces and scenes like Totally Spies!. The style of 'WOOHPing' the spiez is no different than in Totally Spies. The location of the Clark House might be in L.A. however, in some episodes the spiez address the state of California as another state, hinting that they're near L.A. to be WOOHPed, but live in another state close by. The spiez' school is called Southdale Jr. High.

Main Characters

  • Lee Clark: Lee is the oldest who is 13 (14 in season 2) years old and considered the strongest one. He is very athletic and the most powerful spy in the group. He is protective of his siblings and care much about them. His spy suit and his MPCom are red. He is also the jet pilot. He also has claustrophobia. He also has a habit of going crazy over girls, which is similar to Clover's boy craziness.
  • Megan Clark: Megan is a 12 (13 in season 2) year old optimist and high energy girl. She hangs out with her brothers, always. She usually cracks up at jokes that are not funny, at all. She often puns but always notes that her puns are not intended. She is often reminded by her brothers that she is 'just a girl', but this just motivates her more. Her spy suit and MPCom are pink. She sometimes switch places with Lee as the jet pilot. Megan is almost the splitting image of Alex from the original series,Totally Spies!. Growing up with 3 brothers made her more of a tomboy. It's possible that Megan and Marc are twins due to being the same age or being born in the same year approximately 9–10 months apart.
  • Marc Clark: Marc is 12 (13 in season 2) years old and he is the smartest one in the group- and WOOHP as proven in episode WOOCSI-, much like Sam. His intellectuality is sometimes considered freaky by his siblings. He calls himself the 'Family Geek'. He has the knowledge of every single subject known to man, but -like most geeks- cannot get a date. He likes to fiddle around with the gadgets and change their functions. His spy suit and his MPCom is blue. Sometimes he switches places with Lee or Megan as the jet pilot. It is revealed he has sea sickness. It is also revealed that he had a fear of heights and clowns. It is shown that he and Megan get along very well.
  • Tony Clark: Tony is 11 (12 in season 2) years old and the youngest sibling of the Clark family. Tony is a nonsense, go-getter and very hyperactive boy. He is impatient and relies too much on common sense and intuition, as he doesn't like 'thinking', which sometimes leads the spies in deep trouble. His spy suit and his MPCom is yellow, and he seems to like the Freezdiscs very much and shares a room with Marc.
  • Jerry Lewis: Jerry is the founder and administrator of W.O.O.H.P., the World Organization Of Human Protection. He is a middle-aged, and very serious British gentleman. He briefs the spiez on their missions, distributes their gadgets, and provides mission support with information or direct involvement. He is often the butt of jokes when it comes to his absence of a full head of hair and his age. His role has changed a bit since the retirement of Sam, Alex and Clover-for unknown reasons.
  • Tammy: Tammy is a popular girl in the Spiez' school. She's a rival to Megan. Sometimes she's a bit annoying and Megan hates her for being spoiled and snobby all the time. She has also seen Megan in full spy gear, but then her memory was erased by WOOHP. She is somewhat like Mandy from Totally Spies. However, in the end of Season One, she became friends with the Clarks after they save her new sweater.
  • Mr. Cal and Mrs. Karen Clark: They are the parents of Lee, Megan, Marc and Tony. They have no idea that their kids are actually spies. Karen is a real estate agent, and Cal is a salesman in a sports store. In episodes 22 to 24, it was revealed that both of them are also former OOPSIE agents. And defeated two supervillains back in their day (see episode list).
  • Sam, Clover, and Alex: They were the original spies from, Totally Spies. They retired from WOOHP for unknown reasons. They have made some cameo appearances - with Alex's voice being mostly heard, and sometimes referenced from Jerry, villains, computers and other things throughout the series.
