Bianca Maria Kajlich (Template:Pron-en "KY-lick"; born March 26, 1977) is an American actress. Kajlich has had starring and supporting roles in television and film; she currently plays Jennifer on the CBS comedy Rules of Engagement.[1]

Early life

Bianca was born in Seattle, Washington, to a Slovakian father, Dr. Relo Kajlich, and an Italian American mother, Patti.[2][3] She is a graduate of Bishop Blanchet High School in Seattle, Washington, and attended Washington State University in Pullman, Washington.

Career

She began her career with the Olympic Ballet Theater as a ballet dancer in Edmonds, Washington. After spending seven years with them she decided on acting. By that time she had already performed lead roles in "The River," "Swan Lake," and "The Nutcracker."

Kajlich has appeared in the films Bring It On, 10 Things I Hate About You, and Halloween: Resurrection. She has also had recurring roles in the television series Boston Public, as Lisa Grier, and Dawson's Creek, as Natasha Kelly. She also had roles in two canceled television series, UPN's Rock Me Baby and the Fox drama Vanished. Bianca appeared on a recent episode of the USA Network's "Psych" entitled Psy vs. Psy. She was ranked #74 on the Maxim "Hot 100 Women of 2004"[4] and #63 on the Maxim "Hot 100 Women of 2007".[5]

Personal life

Kajlich married American soccer player Landon Donovan on December 31, 2006.[6] The couple separated and later divorced in 2009.[7][8]

Kajlich has a tattoo of a butterfly on her right shoulder. She enjoys writing, painting, and cross-country road trips.

On June 23 2010, after Team USA's World Cup win against Algeria, Landon Donovan gave a shout out to Bianca.
