Notability
Joe DiNucci is a notable person. He has been written about in four published books, most notably Michael S Malone's Going Public.
This is my first entry, so I am unsure of the protocol here to establish noteworthy individuals.— Preceding unsigned comment added by Azikate (talk • contribs)
- You have a long list of links, but they don't serve to establish this gentleman's notability, as the ones I've clicked on don't mention him. For example, you have a link to an Amazon listing of a book, but that doesn't indicate that he is mentioned in it or, if so, how much. A passing reference would be insufficient to establish notability. ScottyBerg (talk) 22:17, 7 June 2010 (UTC)
Did you really click on the links? Try this one: http://www.encyclopedia.com/doc/1G1-92936820.html I'm not sure what you mean that they don't mention him.

I just added a cleanup tag. Since I did create this page, and am not promoting anyone, I would like the speedy deletion removed. Help is nice, removal not so nice. Azikate (talk) 00:34, 9 July 2010 (UTC)azikate
- Sorry but this is not a request for speedy deletion but a full-blown Article for Deletion discussion. You're welcome to join the discussion and voice your opinion (ideally supported by reasons) why this article should not be deleted.
- I'm sure that you are finding this experience a bit off-putting and frustrating and for that I am truly sorry! I hope this discussion - whatever its outcome - doesn't discourage you from further contributions. If you have any questions or need any help, please let me know! Okay, fair enough. Vertical learning curve it is. It's only frustrating for a while... until the lightbulb kicks on. Ok. Reasons for notability:
- One of the founding team on E.piphany, the first CRM company
- He is the entire focus of Chapter 11 in Mike Malone's Going Public.
- VP of Silicon Graphics and lead innovation and major decisions for that company.
- More to come if this is not sufficient. Azikate (talk) 03:04, 12 July 2010 (UTC)Azikate
