A Thousand Suns is the upcoming fourth studio album by American rock band Linkin Park. It will be released on September 13 and 14, 2010, in the UK and US, respectively, through Warner Bros. Records.[1][2] The album was co-produced by Rick Rubin and Linkin Park vocalist Mike Shinoda, who previously worked together to produce Minutes to Midnight (2007).[3] The lead single for the album, "The Catalyst", will be released on August 2, 2010.[1] The band officially released the track listing for the album on July 24, 2010. The album is comprised of 15 tracks.[4] Multiple versions of the album will be released, including a CD/DVD with a "making of" documentary entitled "Meeting A Thousand Suns", and a special vinyl box set available only through the band's official website. Both are currently available for pre-order. [5]
