Officer Basic Leadership Course (OBLC) is a Army officer training course offered at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, Texas. The course is offered in either a six week format, directed at HPSP and USUHS students[1] and a seven week format with a one to five week addition Track Training as determined by the Corps Branch.[2]
