Officer Basic Leadership Course — known also as OBLC — is a U.S. Army officer training course offered at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, Texas. The course is offered in a six week format directed at HPSP and USUHS students[1] and a seven week format with a one to five week addition Track Training as determined by the Corps Branch.[2]
