Monarchy

Monarchy are a British synthpop duo, originally from Australia, but now based in London. They are signed to Mercury Records.

In November 2009, the band featured as "Band of the Day" on Guardian.co.uk.[1]

Monarchy's first single Gold In The Fire / Black The Colour Of My Heart was released on Neon Gold Records on February 1st 2010 [2]. They have created remixes for the likes of Ellie Goulding, Kelis, Lady Gaga[3], Marina & the Diamonds, Jamiroquai, and more.

Their first live show was broadcast into space from Cape_Canaveral,_Florida in June 2010, making them the first band ever to perform live into space [4]. They have since performed at Elektrowerkz and The Big Chill (music festival).

Monarchy's debut album ‘Monarchy’ will be released in January 2011[5].
