"Notability" is a very important concept on Wikipedia, the idea is that articles are easier to manage if third parties covered the subject in depth. Most of the time, the bar is quite high, and I invite you to refer to the criterion for bands in your case. Speedy deletion is used when the article doesn't even assert why the subject it covers is notable. As it stands, I don't think the band is big enough (yet) to warrant an article on Wikipedia.
