Meigs High School is a public high school in Pomeroy, Ohio, United States. It is one of three high schools in the Meigs Local School District. The school mascot is the Marauders.

Athletics

The Marauders belong to the Ohio High School Athletic Association (OHSAA) and the Tri-Valley Conference, a 15-member athletic conference located in southeastern Ohio. The conference is divided into two divisions based on school size. The Ohio Division features the larger schools and the Hocking Division features the smaller schools. Meigs High School is the only highschool within a 100 mile radius to have random drug testing.

Meigs Marauder Music Program

  • Meigs Marauder Marching Band/Concert Band is directed by Toney Dingess Assisted by Dave Deem, with color guard by Jamie Deem.
  • The Meigs Marauder Marching Band is an Award Winning Band, and has been a constant qualifier for OMEA State Finals for the past 24 years.
  • Meigs High School also offers a choir class, which is also instructed by Toney Dingess.
