The Fantasy Productions Medienvertriebsgesellschaft mbH (aka FanPro) is a German game company based in Erkrath producing the German-language versions of Shadowrun, and BattleTech, and previously German-only Das Schwarze Auge (The Dark Eye) fantasy Role-Playing Games.

The company was funded 1983 by Ulrich Kiesow, Werner Fuchs and Hans-Joachim Alpers to produce small tin miniature figures. When the Droemer Knaur Verlag and Schmidt Spiel & Freizeit GmbH published Kiesows role playing game "Das Schwarze Auge". Kiesow organised the editorial work at Fantasy Productions. After the bankruptcy of the Schmidt Spiel & Freizeit GmbH in 1997 Fantasy Productions the started to publish Das Schwarze Auge by itself.

Today Fantasy Productions is a publisher for fantasy books and various role playing games. The company currently owns licensing agreements with WizKids to produce new material for Shadowrun and Classic BattleTech, and also the German language versions of Pirates of the Spanish Main, and the "Clix" games of Mage Knight and HeroClix.
