Edwin O. Smith

Edwin O. Smith (Edwin Oscar Smith) was a Connecticut politician and, from April through September, 1908, was president of the Connecticut Agricultural College,[1] which is now the University of Connecticut.

E. O. Smith High School, originally part of the University campus, and now an independent public school, is named after him.
