PERRY THE PLATYPUS IS THE BOMB Thomas Hoegh is a Norwegian theatre and film director and producer, born in Oslo in 1966. He is also an investor and entrepreneur and oversees a portfolio of high-growth businesses in the creative sectors. He is the founder and CEO of Arts Alliance[1] and sits on the boards of the UK Film Council[2] , LOVEFiLM, City Screen, the Metropolitan Film School[3], Kebony [4]and Slingshot Studios[5].

Producer

In 2004 Hoegh Executive Produced "Brixton Stories" [7]- a series of short films that featured the London borough of Brixton. Brixton Stories was produced by Arts Alliance and Insight News Television.

Artistic director

Hoegh was Artistic Director of "Folkefest" - a festival of peace to mark the 50th anniversary of the end of World War II, and Assistant Artistic Director for the Opening and Closing Ceremonies for the 1994 Winter Olympics.

Hoegh was also the Co-Owner and Artistic Director of Norwegian Performance Ltd, an Oslo-based production company specialising in multimedia performances, dance, events and concerts.
