Kto-Chto is a student from the University of Victoria, in British Columbia, Canada. He is an honours student in political science and history, hoping to one day enter the civil service. His past endeavours have included world building, which is where he gained his experience with wikis, as well as maintaining a blog [Thoughts from Kto-Chto]. Within the sphere of his (hopeful) Wikipedia endeavours, he hopes to make helpful additions to lesser-known articles in Canadian history, Consociationalism, and federalism.
