Errrrr....what....?

...and I quote: "Several times that the film has been available on VHS and DVD have all been cut to 76 minutes, this has since been unknown why this is to be." ...call me pedantic, but I think the grammar used here (possibly even the SEMANTICS...) might need a bit of a tidy-up.
