A.I. Root Middle School is located in Medina, Ohio, U.S. The school serves grades sixth through eighth and is part of the Medina City School District.
On January 22, 2009, the school will host a stop on the Cleveland Indians Winter Press Tour. The event will feature an autograph session with baseball players Aaron Laffey and Adam Miller, a question and answer session with Indians play-by-play announcer Matt Underwood, and a live taping of a SportsTime Ohio sports talk television program featuring former Indians pitcher Brian Anderson.
