Antoine Vermette (born July 20, 1982), is an National Hockey League player from St-Agapit, Quebec.

Vermette was acquired by the Ottawa Senators in the second round of the 2000 draft. Vermette made his professional debut in the American Hockey League's Binghamton Senators. He moved to the NHL's Ottawa Senators for the 2003 - 2004 season. As of 2005, Vermette is a playing for the Ottawa Senators, wearing number twenty. A natural centre, Vermette is often moved to the left wing as Ottawa has a number of centres. He is the only francophone on the Ottawa Senators team, thus strenghtening his relations with francophone Senators fans.
