SALSA d'Haiti is a Haitian airline founded in c 2008. It flies four round trip flights daily between Cap-Haitien and Port-au-Prince.
SALSA d'Haiti operates a single British Aerospace Jetstream J31 pressurized comfort. SALSA d'Haiti had plannsto expand its fleet to operate between Port-au-Prince and Port-de-Paix, Jérémie and Les Cayes during 2011.
SALSA signed inter-line agreements with Air Jamaica and Insel Air of Curaçao in 2009. SALSA had planned to open flights to Jamaica in October 2010 utilizing their jetstreams and is awaiting Governmental apprvals.
SALSA plans to operate to Fort Lauderdale commencing Summer 2011 and has obtained US Department of Transport approvals.
It extended its alliance with Insel in June 2010 to a code share on all Insel operations. These operations now feed into Port Au Prince and then passengers change from the international airport to the domestic airport for onward transportation to Cap Haitian.
